By purchasing products from Semantic S.r.l., the customer accepts the following conditions, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Prices
Prices

The prices of the products are expressed in euros and are to the retailer, excluding VAT.

Minimum order
Minimum order

The minimum order is 50 euro of taxable goods.

Products
As safe as new
Products

Products may be subject to technical or aesthetic variations from what is shown in the documentation and pictures. Product images are purely indicative. Semantic guarantees that the products delivered will have technical characteristics equal to or superior to those indicated. 

Deliveries

Deliveries

Semantic accepts no responsibility for damage caused by transport in courier shipments. The Customer must check the condition of the package upon arrival and make a reservation to the carrier in case of visible damage. Semantic will not be responsible for packages delivered with obvious damage if the customer has not made the reservation to the carrier. The customer must check the conformity of the goods delivered within 7 days of receipt. After this deadline, the material shipped is understood to be in conformity in both quantity and characteristics.

Returns
Returns

The Customer has no right to cancel the order in the case of reconditioned products, new products or products configured for the Customer, once accepted. The customer may request the total or partial cancellation of the order, but Semantic reserves the right to accept or refuse the cancellation. The cancellation request must be sent by e-mail to amministrazione@semantic.it.

I prodotti da restituire per guasti devono essere prima concordati e autorizzati tramite RMA dal sito, seguendo le condizioni riportate sullo stesso.

Warranty
Warranty

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, dropping, tampering, or attempted repairs by unauthorised personnel. The warranty is extended to two years where specified in the offer.

Payments
Payments

Failure to pay, in whole or in part, on the agreed due date shall entail the application of late payment interest at the current rate pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 231 of 23 October 2002, increased by seven percentage points as provided by law.

Disputes
Disputes

Any disputes will be brought before the competent judicial authority in Semantic's territory.

Frequently asked questions

Refurbished products are used products that undergo a rigorous inspection process. They are tested in all sensitive parts to be put back on the market in the same condition as new, at a lower selling price.

All refurbished products we sell are tested to be sold in the best condition and have a 1-year warranty, extendable up to 3 years. We can also provide maintenance services to give you added security.

A new product is sold factory sealed, whereas a reconditioned product is a used product that is tested, sanitised, resealed and resold. There is no difference in quality.

The average delivery time for products to be configured is 2 days.
You will be given the exact time in the offer. 

Of course, reconditioned hardware does not prevent you from using the material you have purchased in distribution in the way you prefer. You can insert reconditioned spare parts into your new hardware or place reconditioned products alongside new ones already in your data centre.
