Telephone support: telephone support is available every day, Monday to Friday (except public holidays), from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Contact is made by the customer's contact person or a substitute.
Diagnostic intervention: within one working hour from the initial contact.
Intervention time: on-site and/or remote within one working day after call opening.

Foreign locations: possibility to deliver the contract also in the customer's foreign locations.
