1. Fill in the form

Please fill in the form or send us an email with your used and working equipment to be discarded. If possible, please include part numbers, conditions and quantities. A technician will contact you to guide you through the process.

2. Receive the offer

After checking with the purchasing area to see if you are interested, you will receive an email with a free, non-binding proposal to purchase the material.

3. Send us your products

We will organise and pay for the shipment. We cooperate with couriers committed to reducing the environmental impact of their deliveries.

4. Equipment Testing

Once received, we check the condition and functionality of the devices. Our technicians carry out fixed procedures to ensure the safe and optimal management of your devices.

5. Data deletion

We make sure that all data is deleted in accordance with current regulations. To give you peace of mind, we have chosen to rely on Blancco, a certified GDPR-compliant system.

6. Payment

You have completed the process and made the most of your unused hardware. You can now request payment.
